How are do these products come packaged? Is it discreet?
All of our orders are shipped in USPS boxes. There is no brand, no invoice, no pictures or anything on the box itself. We also keep the payment description on your debit card/credit card processor to also be discreet (bank statements will not include anything referencing a sex toy or transaction from a sex toy brand). The return name on the package will also be discrete: for example the return name on package will be something like ".. tech LLC"

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All of our orders usually ship out within 24-48 hours after the order is processed. (Due to high demand, orders will be processed starting May 10th of 2023)

I just placed an order but I don't see a confirmation email.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any return made will be required to cover all shipping/delivery costs back to us. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@satisfydesires.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
All of our orders usually ship out within 24-48 hours after the order is processed. (Due to high demand, orders will be processed starting May 10th of 2023)
Shipping usually takes between 1-3 business days after being processed.
Tracking numbers will be as soon as your product is shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at contact@satisfydesires.com
